One Church Home in Fairview, Tennessee, has unveiled a new state-of-the-art facility with enhanced audio, video, lighting, and acoustics, marking a significant upgrade in their worship experience. Integrated Production Solutions (IPS) completed the installation of the new-build project, focusing on the main auditorium and video control room.
One Church Home sought a reliable partner with their best interests at heart, and IPS proved to be the ideal collaborator. The church desired a unique solution that went beyond a standard setup, emphasizing care, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to their evolving needs.
Senior Pastor Ian Gilchrist said, “We went into this project with big vision ideas, and that was it. We knew to pull this off we needed more than a vendor; we needed a partner. Nicholas and the team became just that. Walking us through the project and adapting to our rapidly changing needs. We more than doubled the size of our worship center through the project, and IPS moved forward without a hitch. We know there are plenty of places out there to buy equipment from, but we are forever grateful that IPS built a world class facility for us, and we have confidence they will help us again in the future!”
Nicholas Brown, CEO of IPS, stated, “We are thrilled to have played a key role in transforming One Church Home’s worship experience. Our commitment to innovation and attention to detail has resulted in an audio-visual solution that goes beyond the ordinary, creating a truly immersive environment for the congregation.”
The overarching goals of the project included achieving clear audio intelligibility, strong visuals via a large LED display, programmable lighting, and creating an engaging environment for the congregation. The project timeline spanned 18 months, with a key emphasis on future-proofing the audio, video, and lighting infrastructure to accommodate the church’s expanding reach.IPS successfully implemented a comprehensive audio-visual system, leveraging cutting-edge d&b audiotechnik components such as the Yi8 and Yi12 Loudspeakers, KSL-SUB Subwoofers, and 40D and 10D Amplifiers. The video system was equipped with state-of-the-art Blackmagic Design URSA Broadcast cameras, a 2 M/E Switcher, and squareV Vi2.9 Surface Mount LED Panels.
Complementing the visual experience, the lighting setup featured a grandMA3 compact and Elation FUZE PENDANT fixtures. To optimize the auditorium’s acoustics, IPS collaborated with Simplified Acoustics, who designed and deployed a custom acoustic treatment. Throughout the project, the design team maintained a strategic focus on balancing high-quality equipment integration with cost-effectiveness. By aligning with the church’s primary goals and methodically addressing additional priorities, they ensured a scalable solution capable of accommodating future growth.
IPS’s commitment to engineering infrastructure with the future in mind ensures that One Church Home can continue to grow with their system as technology evolves. The project team handled unexpected issues and changes in requirements with creativity and flexibility, consulting the design team to find effective solutions.
Brown continued, “The key to the success of this project was our ability to adapt and overcome challenges seamlessly. Whether it was unexpected issues or evolving requirements, we demonstrated flexibility and creativity, ensuring that the final result aligned with One Church Home’s vision for an engaging and participatory worship experience.”
The installation at One Church Home represents a milestone in creating an immersive and inviting worship environment, aligning with IPS’s dedication to delivering innovative solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
